Leroy Duncan, 75, of Fruitland, passed away Friday, Sept. 8, 2017, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He was born Jan. 30, 1942, in Farmington. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. A funeral service for Leroy will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 14 at First Baptist Church of Kirtland, 17 Road 6500 in Kirtland with burial at the Kirtland-Fruitland Cemetery, 59 Road 6575 in Kirtland.
